Tiny Tigers is a 4-6 year old program that is designed as an introduction to martial arts at an early age. This class will provide your child with a structured environment as they learn discipline, respect, self-control, & focus while having lots of fun. The class time is 30 minutes (less is more at that age) and is designed to challenge the student as well as channel the child’s instinct for fun! For more information on this fun & exciting program or to set up an appointment please contact Richard Higgins at 850-233-5844 or TT@americanmartialarts.us

Second stage is the Beginners Program (Yellow & Orange Belt)

Third Stage is an Intermediate Program & Black Belt Club membership (Green – Blue Belt)

Our Teen Program gives our community’s teen population a positive activity with goal oriented life skills development. It also gives them an opportunity to interact with a positive peer atmosphere while they train in not only how to defend themselves physically, but emotionally & mentally as well. The age range for this group of future leaders is 12 – 16. For more information please contact Richard Higgins at TEENS@americanmartialarts.us

Other Training Programs in our dojang include Leadership Training and Weapons Training. Both begin at Brown Belt. The Weapons Training is only available to those who are at least 9 years of age & have shown dedication and integrity in the classroom. We train in the bo staff, nunchuka, kama, escrima sticks, and the tonfa. (Basic sword training is begun at Black Belt level.)

Leadership Training may begin at age 8 and will teach the student leadership skills that they might not have an opportunity to develop in another sports program. We feel that leadership training is vital to a child’s ability to succeed in the future work place.

Our Adult Program is designed as an anaerobic & aerobic workout while learning practical no-nonsense self-defense techniques in a friendly & comfortable environment. What you may learn in a short term self-defense course you more than likely may not remember if a conflict situation occurs. However, with martial arts training you will receive continuous repetitive training which results in muscle memory & quick reaction time. It is also a great way to relieve stress & anxiety brought on by day to day living. For more information or to set up an appointment please contact Richard Higgins at 850-233-5844 or AP@americanmartialarts.us

Our Adult Fitness Program is a “boot camp” style work out involving resistance band training, cardiovascular exercises, kickboxing, strength training, endurance training, and plyometrics. With high energy music and a wide variety of training drills this class is guaranteed to start your day off with a kick!
